Democracy allows protest, not violence and death with it.

We have seen many popular protests in India. Some were democratic and some were non-violent and undemocratic. Famous Anna Hazare’s agitation for Lokpal Bill in country’s Capital was non-violent and very cooperative. Jat Agitation in country was violent and the government lost crores. And then there were people who went mad over arresting of Ram Rahim Baba. Here also we lost capitals. Before few days farmers were protesting in Maharashtra which was very silent and non-violent.
Protests and agitations makes democracy beautiful but on the name of them if you are involved in killing of people how could you justify it. Great Mahatma Gandhi had many shades, his best one was non-violence. However, some people think that there were instances where he should have gone against it.
The country lost millions of Capital with the Bharat Bandh today when people were on road protesting against the decision of supreme court in making changes in SC\ST act. Disagreeing with the decision and marching on roads is good but if that becomes the reason of heavy loss including the lives of people then something is not going right.
I simply don’t understand why people don’t get it that they are destroying their own property. They have paid taxes on regular basis to build whatever they are destroying. There is no denying in this fact that politics is involved in it. But this is not something we should give to our coming generations to read to. This is not the tomorrow martyrs have given their lives for.
We should be ashamed of what we are doing to ourselves and our country. By being violent and becoming the reason for a big loss of the country, isn’t going to help any better. It could only worsen the situation no matter, for which purpose you are protesting.
The truth is we don’t love our country enough to not harm it. We are selfish and we only think of our and our loved one’s survival. The day country slips in to the loved one’s corner of your heart you will not be able to harm your country even if you want to. The day we accept this country as our own, we will never ever try to do such things. It’s all about loving the country like we love our family and friends. Everyone has someone very special whom they love the most. We need to add our country in that special list.
I am sure the country will see dramatic positive changes the day we accept this reality that we are the only reason behind the failure of anything. We should be the one to take responsibility and make things better.

What happened yesterday...

I am writing after few days just because I am confused about the way things are going in my life. I have been thinking about getting a new job because I am not satisfied with the present one. This is going on for over a month and my conscious mind thinks that I deserve a better job. When you see less deserving, less skillful and less qualified person becoming your team leader, it is obvious to get these thoughts. I did journalism with a lot of hopes attached with it, that one day I will do something which I will love and I will also get paid for it but the world seems very cruel when things don’t go your way. I have been active on job portals more than at the current job to find something good. It has hardly been a year and I am having second thoughts on my career. I know that I shouldn’t get this impatient so early in my career but I could feel that I am struggling in finding an appropriate place to show my skills which is a genuine problem of this generation but more than that I

Two days of nation love.

15 th  august is a day when patriotism for our country gets it ’s year high TRP. This is the day when all the legendary patriotic songs come to play their role to inspire us, to reignite the spirit of patriotism, to give goosebumps, to bring tears, to give nostalgia from school days of independence day celebration. Oh! I remembered, there are actually only two days in a year when we remember the sacrifices of never dying memory of freedom fighters and martyrs. Rest of the 362 days we spend on cheating, stealing, being bad to others, polluting, being corrupt or littering. We think that two days of so-called nationalism and patriotism is good enough for the country to grow and develop. Standing for the national anthem and saluting it on the republic and the independence day is not good enough to make us a contributor in making our country a better place. What we need is, commitment of the whole year, actually whole life. Everyone don’t need to do charity to become a contributor i

Review of article "Wings Over Rajpath" from Geopoltics Magazine.

Refer to “WINGS OVER RAJPATH” (Geopolitics January 2016) by Mayank Singh . In this article writer has rightly explained that how a Republic day is made more special by Air show of Helicopters, Sukhoi, Dhruv, Chakra etc. The writer mentioned that viewers either watching live or on televisions enjoy a lot that moment when tricolor flutter in blue sky playing hide and seek with our eyes disappearing in to the clouds. There are three types of aircraft which participate and all take off from different locations. Fighters, transport and Helicopters have which have different speed and they cover different locations. Visibility of these shows are really important in the overall planning of the display. With visibility decreasing the aircraft have to be brought closer to the VIP and the public and then line of sight also has to be adjusted. The author briefly described how much hard work they have to do before performing on 26 th jan and in front of the president, prime minister and thou
