ANS.) At present this demand will be handed to the central government side by side it will also be communicated to all Union and all State governments of country.

Q.) Are you headed by any leader or someone or you have come here  of your own ?
ANS.)  No, we are alone but this organisation is headed by Kanti Ganguly X minister of West Bengal,Sunderban and it is also guided by  Binda Karrar X MP and a member of CPIM , you know it very well.

Q.) You people have come here from far away even though it is little difficult for you to come, do you think government is going to do anything for you after this rally?
ANS.) It depends on their goodwill but then also i think they will pay attention to our issues because new government is in the throne.

Chapter 2, We played Cricket on mountains

In chapter 1, I opened about how I got into this mass communication. In this chapter I will tell you about the experiences of field. When I was done with graduation, I was looking for a job. Even though I wanted it to be related to journalism but I didn’t get one. There were people back from hometown telling me to find one and utilise my time.   My brother had a friend, who got me hooked with my first job as a content writer which didn’t last more than 20 days. Neither I enjoyed working there nor they paid enough for me to stay. Once, when I was working there I got a call from someone whom I knew from my previous internship asking me to work for a   web portal in Himachal Pradesh. I was more than happy to take that offer into consideration and after talking to my parents I finally decided to take that. That’s how I reached Himachal Pradesh probably one of the beautiful places I have ever been and found myself a dream job. It was really awesome roaming between mountain...

Democracy allows protest, not violence and death with it.

We have seen many popular protests in India. Some were democratic and some were non-violent and undemocratic. Famous Anna Hazare’s agitation for Lokpal Bill in country’s Capital was non-violent and very cooperative. Jat Agitation in country was violent and the government lost crores. And then there were people who went mad over arresting of Ram Rahim Baba. Here also we lost capitals. Before few days farmers were protesting in Maharashtra which was very silent and non-violent. Protests and agitations makes democracy beautiful but on the name of them if you are involved in killing of people how could you justify it. Great Mahatma Gandhi had many shades, his best one was non-violence. However, some people think that there were instances where he should have gone against it. The country lost millions of Capital with the Bharat Bandh today when people were on road protesting against the decision of supreme court in making changes in SC\ST act. Disagreeing with the decision and marchi...

Best thing about Navratra is "Bhandara" for Poor

.I have never been a fan of worshipping and praying to almighty God. I respect those people who follow them and pray for a better tomorrow but I never found the logic behind it. However there have certain times when I may have prayed, but that must have been at those times when life was most vulnerable for me or for my loved ones. And yes I have prayed once when I was batting while playing cricket too, like the great Sachin Tendulkar but this was  way before. I know I am going to be criticised for what I am writing today, may be I will be declared an atheist by people. People may start hating me or think I am goofy, foolish, witless and berk but it doesn’t matter to me. I don’t have give a damn about Ram Mandir will be made or not. The only thing I know that my diabetic mother stays on fast going against the doctor’s advice and get sick. I can’t even count how many times I would have told her that her first priority should be health. But we know what these Moms answer, they ...
