In chapter 2 we looked how good my experience was working for 2017 Legislative Elections in Himachal Pradesh.   Chapter 3 will be focused on the experiences of Delhi. After the second year in college I always wanted to contribute to the journalism industry. Our Very respected Smita Mishra Mam who is always so kind and caring other than being a very good Professor. If I am not wrong she told us exactly the same thing in 1 st year, 2 nd year and 3 rd year that “In around 30 faces I see here, only few or no more than 5 can make it to the journalism industry”. She was so sure about it. And today I don’t see more than 5 faces from my batch in this industry. Maybe more will come in coming years but as of now she was correct. In chapter 1, I opened about how I got into this mass communication. In this chapter I will tell you about the experiences of field. When I was done with graduation, I was looking for a job. Even though I wanted it to be related to journalism but I didn’t get one. There were people back from hometown telling me to find one and utilise my time.   My brother had a friend, who got me hooked with my first job as a content writer which didn’t last more than 20 days. Neither I enjoyed working there nor they paid enough for me to stay. Once, when I was working there I got a call from someone whom I knew from my previous internship asking me to work for a   web portal in Himachal Pradesh. I was more than happy to take that offer into consideration and after talking to my parents I finally decided to take that. I still remember encouraging my juniors for their perfomance on Independence day, Republic day and Annual functions through my witty, uplifting and immense audience indulged anchoring. Those rehersal days were so good that I used to practice my thing even after the official school hour. .I have never been a fan of worshipping and praying to almighty God. I respect those people who follow them and pray for a better tomorrow but I never found the logic behind it. However there have certain times when I may have prayed, but that must have been at those times when life was most vulnerable for me or for my loved ones. Why is it that every second educated person has hard feelings and sense of animosity for media today. Survey is a part of my work so I get to meet many people. I have experienced that, when asked about media ,lots of them don’t have good things to say. In recent times electronic media has been criticized for its ill performance either it was a week long coverage of Sri Devi’s death or denial of the coverage of farmers agitating in Maharashtra. What do you think, why some media houses are bound to show nonsense? People say that TRPs is the only reason they   do that. I say, we are the main reason behind news channels showing these type of non-sense.   Its very complicated, it’s not like, we see what these news channels show us, The real deal is media shows us what we want to see. काम ख्तम करने के बाद बस स्टैंड पर बैठ कर कान में ईयरफोन लगाए गाने सुनते सुनते अपनी बस का इंतजार कर रहा था। बस क्यों, क्योंकि उस स्टैंड से सीधे मेरे घर के लिए बस मिलती है तो मेट्रो का चक्कर नहीं पड़ता । मेट्रो का चक्कर मतलब पहले अपनी जगह से ई-रिक्शा के जरिए मेट्रो स्टेशन जाओ फिर प्रवेश करो, सीढियां चढों और फलाना ढिकाना, ईससे बेहतर सीधी बस पकड़ के घर आ जाओ। अरे मैं तो प्रमुख मुद्दे से ही हट गया, दरअसल मैं आज ये इसलिए लिख रहा हु क्योंकि आज मैनें अपने समाज की बहुत बड़ी हार देखी। शुरुआत से आरम्भ करता हुं, जब मैं बस स्टैंड पर बैठा था तब एक लड़की ( लगभग 22 साल उर्म, औसत कद काठी ) बस स्टॉप तक आते आते रुक गयी । जहॉ तक मैं समझ पाया वो वहॉ इसलिए नहीं आयी क्योंकि वो असहज महसुस कर रहीं थी। लगभग 15 मर्द के भीड़ के आसपास आने से बेहतर उसने स्टैंड से 20 मीटर दुर रहना बेहतर समझा। उस लडकी के डर में हमारी बहुत बडी नाकामी छुपी हुई है, हमने अपने समाज को इतना बदतर बनाया है कि हमारी माताएं और बहनें इतना संकोच करने पर मजबुर है। 15 मिनट तक, जब तक उसकी बस नहीं आयी वो मर्दाना नजरों से बचती रहीं। आज का ले

BJP winning the 2014 Lok Sabha election was something everyone saw coming the day NaMo name was out in the news to lead them in the big money involved election. Maybe it would have been achieved by mughals or someone else. जनवरी में जब आईपीएल के लिए खिलाडियों की नीलामी हुई तब केकेआर की तरफ से खेलने वाले मनीष पांडे को हैदराबाद ने 11 करोड की मोटी रकम में खरीदा। पांडे भारत की तरफ से सबसे मंहगे बिकने वाले खिलाडियों में से एक थे। फिलहाल भारतीए टीम के सीमित ओवरों में जगह पक्की करने की प्रयास में जुटे मनीष पांडे अच्छे फॉर्म से गुजर रहे है। हाल में दक्षिण अफ्रीका और श्रीलंका मे उनहोनें   बहुत रन बनाए है। मनीष पांडे के पुर्व आईपीएल टीम के कप्तान गौतम गंभीर को दिल्ली ने 2.4 करोड में खरीदा, गंभीर आईपीएल के सफलतम कप्तान होने के साथ साथ सबसे ज्यादा रन और पचास बनाने की टॉप फाईव की सुचि में भी शामिल है। गौतम गंभीर ने आईपीएल के 148 मैचों में 31.55 की औसत और 124.64 की सट्राईक रेट से 35 पचास समेत 4133 रन बनाए है और मनीष ने 103 मैचों में 28.4 की औसत और 120.12 की सट्राईक रेट से 9 पचास समेत 2215 रन बनाए है । मनीष पांडे को उनके पुर्व कप्तान गौतम गंभीर से लगभग चार गुणे दाम में खरीदा गया है, ऐसे में युवा बल्लेबाज पांडे पर नयी फ्रेंचाईजी से खेलते वक्त कहीं न कहीं दवाब जरुर होगा ।  

जिंदगी में हर रोज हमें कुछ न कुछ सीखना चाहिए, अगर हम हर दिन सुबह उठते ही ये ठान लें कि आज पुरे दिन को बीते हुए कल से कैसे बेहतर बना सकते है, तो हम निशचित तौर पर कुछ नया जान सकेंगे । अगर मैं एक स्टुडेंट हुं तो पढाई करुंगा, अगर नौकरी करता हुं तो अपने कंपनी या बॉस के लिए काम करुंगा लेकिन ये सब तो सभी करतें है। लेकिन फर्क इस बात से पडता है कि हम बाकियों से अलग कैसे है ओर खुद को कल से बेहतर बनाने के लिए क्या कर रहें हैँ ?
